Mr. Fredrick received both his Bachelors in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Before entering private practice, Mr. Fredrick had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Cheryl Rosen in Independence, Missouri. In his second year of practice, he had the distinct opportunity to argue before the Southern District Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. In 2005 he accepted a commission in the Army Reserves as a JAG officer and graduated from the United States Army Judge Advocate General School in Charlottesville, Virginia later that year. After practicing with Fredrick, Rogers, & Vaughn, P.C. in Springfield, Missouri for five years, Mr. Fredrick started a solo practice in 2008. In 2012, Mr. Fredrick received an honorable discharge from the United States Army Reserves and in 2013 he began serving in the United States Air Force Reserve JAG Corps, where he is attached to the 509 Bomb Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base.
Mr. Fredrick has served as the chair of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association’s Family Law Committee, Mentorship Committee, and Health and Wellness Committee. He has also served as the southern district representative on the Missouri Bar Family Law Executive Council, a member of the Missouri Bar Special Committee on Veteran’s Issues, and is currently a member of the Missouri Bar Family Law Conference Planning Committee. Each year, the Missouri Bar asks Mr. Fredrick to present CLE seminars on an array of topics, including family law, military law, and landlord-tenant law. He is also one of the few attorneys who has been invited to speak at the state-wide Judicial Trial College. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Fredrick is co-owner of several real estate investment companies and a successful tech start-up. As a native Springfieldian, he has always been active in the community, most recently by serving as a board member for Girls On The Run of Southwest Missouri and Hope For Dads and teaching regular classes about family law at the Pregnancy Care Center. He is a two-time inductee of the UMKC Athletics Hall of Fame, both as an individual competing on the track and field team as a decathlete and as team captain of his championship team. In his spare time he trains for and competes in triathlons and spends time with his family.
